Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set
apart for housing purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown; and
(b) Pursuant to section 48, declares that a right to drain sewage easement over the land described in the Second Schedule is granted to be forever appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule, the easement to contain the implied rights and powers as set out in the Fourth Schedule to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and which shall not be capable of revocation on giving of three months notice.
