Pursuant to section 52U(2) of the Commerce Act 1986,
I hereby give notice that I have approved a six-month extension to the 30 June 2010 deadline for final input methodology determinations under Part 4 of the Commerce Act 1986, and the determinations that specify how information disclosure regulation applies to each supplier of airport services under section 56E of the Commerce Act (airport information disclosure determinations).
Under this approval, the Commerce Commission will now be required to release final input methodology determinations by 31 December 2010 and final airport information disclosure determinations by 1 January 2011.
