I, David Joseph Gullen, Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 355 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, a Fenton Entitlement has been created and granted over the land described in the
First Schedule and, pursuant to section 372 of the Ngai
Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, a customary fishing entitlement has been created and granted over the land described in the Second Schedule.
