Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Airport Authorities Act 1966 (“the Act”), to advise all aircraft operators and users of Ardmore Airport that subsequent to the publicly notified consultation meeting held at Ardmore on 6 July 2005 and the consideration of all written and verbal submissions, Ardmore Airport Limited intends to review the facility fees effective
1 October 2005 as follows:
FIXED WING Facility Fee = $9.10 + (MCTOW x .00573) where MCTOW = Maximum Certified Take Off Weight (kgs).
HELICOPTERS Facility Fee = $11.20 (flat rate all types)
NIGHT FLYING In addition to the above fees, “night flying” fees are applicable to both fixed wing and helicopter aircraft as follows:
1. $4.10 per chargeable night landing; and
2. $0.55 per night “touch and go” (fixed wing aircraft only).
Note: For administration purposes, a “night” movement is deemed to be any movement conducted between 2100 and 0600 hours local time during daylight saving and 2000 and 0600 hours standard time.
APPLICATION The facility fee covers the use of runways, taxiways and apron areas with the exception that theflat rate for helicopters applies to all helicopters that access, for the purposes of facilitatinga landing, any area of land designated as “airport land” by Ardmore Airport Limited (whether it be operational, non-operational or leased land and includes the airspace associated with that designation).
PARKING This covers aircraft parked on aprons, airport operational area, non-leased sites:
(a) Parking up to 2 hours – no charge.
(b) Parking in excess of 2 hours – $10.00 for every 24-hour period or part period from time of landing. Parking will be estimated by Ardmore Airport Limited.
GENERAL (a) MCTO means maximum certified take-off weight in kilograms.
(b) All charges are subject to Goods and Services Tax.
(c) All charges are payable by the 20th of the month following landing unless subject to a prior arrangement with the airport company.
(d) Late payment penalty charges equivalent to 15% per annum charged on a daily basis may be imposed on any charges outstanding after the end of the following month.
(e) The charges are set in accordance with section 4 (2) of the Act and may be varied from time to time.
(f) These charges include the total cost of operating an aircraft into, out of or from Ardmore Airport only.
(g) These charges will be invoiced to the registered owner of the aircraft per the Civil Aviation Authority Register of Aircraft unless prior arrangement has been made with the airport company.
