In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of mortgage 7256451.3, Computer Freehold Register 12A/1076, Nelson Land Registry (“the mortgage”):
Marac Finance Limited (“Marac”), as mortgagee under the mortgage, gives notice in accordance with section 156(1) of the Property Law Act 2007 (“the Act”), that:
1. On Thursday, 10 July 2008, Marac, as mortgagee
under the mortgage, and in accordance with the notice
it issued under section 119 of the Act which was
served on Lambton Enterprises Limited (“Lambton”), as mortgagor, on 28 April 2008 and which expired unremedied on 26 May 2008, entered into possession
of the mortgaged property in accordance with section 137(1)(b) of the Act.
2. The address of the mortgagee’s registered office is:
Marac House
corner of Gillies Avenue and Teed Street
Newmarket
Auckland.

3. The mortgaged property is located at 80 Bridge Street, Nelson and is a fee simple estate with an area of 1452 square metres, Lot 1, DP 16533 (Computer Freehold Register NL12A/1076).
