This document notifies you that:

1. Stephen Kim Bennett and Timothy John Hoyle, as liquidators of THE HEARING ASSOCIATION WHANGAREI BRANCH INCORPORATED (“HAWB”), will apply to the Whangarei High Court for orders without notice distributing the HAWB assets and dissolving the HAWB.
