Pursuant to section 70 (l) of the Casino Control Act 1990, the Casino Control Authority on 13 September 2002 gave to
Sky City Casino Management Limited directions as set out in the Directions to Licensed Casino Operators: (1) Internal Controls, and Administrative and Accounting Procedures, and (2) Minimum Standards of Internal Control - Records and Notifications, published in the New Zealand Gazette Supplement, 31 July 2002, No. 89, page 2367 ("July 2002 directions").
The directions took effect from 16 September 2002 and apply to the operation by Sky City Casino Management Limited of Sky Riverside Casino in Hamilton.

The July 2002 directions are accordingly amended by substituting, for the table in section 2 of the directions, the following table, with effect from 16 September 2002:
