Section 7 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974
Pursuant to section 7 (3) of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974 ("the Act"), the Minister of Labour hereby declares that from the date of publication of this notice, the Buller District Council ceases to be a licensing authority under the Act.
