Laissez-Passer a Certificate of Identity
Pursuant to section 2 (1) of the Immigration Act 1987,
I specify the Commission of the European Communities
(as defined in the Diplomatic Privileges (EC) Order 2004), as an organisation whose travel documents will be accepted for the purposes of the Immigration Act 1987 as a certificate of identity.
