Pursuant to section 2 of the Official Appointments and Documents Act 1919, and section 57 of the Canterbury Earthquakes Insurance Tribunal Act 2019, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint:

Susan Mary Anna McCormack of Christchurch

Emily Jane Flaszewski of Christchurch

each as a member of the Canterbury Earthquakes Insurance Tribunal for a term of three years commencing on the date hereof; and

Paul Reid Cogswell of Auckland

Kevin David Kilgour of Auckland

each as a member of the Canterbury Earthquakes Insurance Tribunal for a term of three years commencing on 15 July 2020.
