Pursuant to section 433 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby give notice that the integration agreement between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, and the Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington (the proprietor) in respect St Joseph’s School, Picton, has been cancelled under section 427(1)(c) of the Act.

This cancellation will take effect from 15 December 2017.
