Pursuant to paragraph (f) of the definition of “educational establishment” in section 2(1) of the Copyright Act 1994, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title—This notice is the Copyright (Approval of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority as an Educational Establishment) Notice 2008.
2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
3. Approval of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority as an “educational establishment”—The New Zealand Qualifications Authority is approved as an educational establishment for the purposes of the Copyright Act 1994.
