Pursuant to section 4(2A) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint, as from the commencement of
1 February 2008, Papakura as a place in which courts may be held for the exercise of criminal jurisdiction in respect of indictable offences under Part 2A of the District Courts Act 1947.
