Pursuant to section 156v (2) (b) of the Reserve Bank of
New Zealand Act 1989, I hereby approve a fee of $15,000.00 (G.S.T. inclusive) as determined by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand as the fee which shall accompany any application requesting that a payment system be declared
a designated payment system.
