On the 11th day of November 1999 a notice appeared in the New Zealand Gazette under which Amai's Hotel Limited appointed N. P. Fagerlund as receiver and manager of McArthur Holdings Limited.
The notice was headed Amai's Hotel Limited.
It should have been headed McArthur Holdings Limited.
The text of the notice made it clear that the receiver had been appointed in relation to McArthur Holdings Limited.
A very sincere apology is extended to Amai's Hotel Limited for an inconvenience this may have caused.
