I, Paul James, Secretary for Internal Affairs, give notice that Online Casino Gambling (Minimum Standards) 2026 have been prescribed pursuant to section 80 of the Online Casino Gambling Act 2026.

These standards will take effect on 8 July 2026.

This instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Department of Internal Affairs.
