Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 January 2026, which was granted under those regulations to Manukau Institute of Technology and Unitec, in respect of Manukau Institute Of Technology Children’s Education Centre (25030) situated at Manukau Institute of Technology, 61 Otara Road, Gate 11, Otara, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
