Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 August 2025, which was granted under those regulations to The Southern Early Childhood Education Trust, in respect of Southern Community Early Childhood Education (48371) situated at 45 Saddle Road, PO Box 16, Garston.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
