Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2025, which was granted under those regulations to Nestlings Tauranga Limited, in respect of Nestlings In-Home Childcare (46987) situated at 4 Solomon Street, Brookfield, Tauranga.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
