Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 23 July 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Ruahine Kindergarten Association, in respect of Cloverlea Kindergarten (5253) situated at 59 Herbert Avenue, Cloverlea, Palmerston North.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
