Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2026, which was granted under those regulations to Ngā Wawata Educare Limited, in respect of Ngā Wawata Educare (46036) situated at 6 Melba Street, Kaitaia.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
