This instrument, which comes into force on 1 July 2026, amends the Flexible Funding Programme, established and approved under section 101 of the Social Security Act 2018 on 3 August 2020.
The instrument amends the Flexible Funding Programme to extend the expiry date of the programme from 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2027.
The instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Ministry of Social Development.
