The Commerce Commission gives notice that under the Legislation Act 2019 and section 52P of the Commerce Act 1986, the Commission has determined and published the Electricity Distribution Information Disclosure (Non-material) Amendment Determination 2026 [2026] NZCC 21 (“amendment determination”).

The amendment determination amends the Electricity Distribution Information Disclosure Determination 2012 [2012] NZCC 22, as previously amended.

Replacement of Schedule 9b

The amendment determination replaces Schedule 9b in the principal determination with a new version.

The revised schedule is to correct an error within a formula for conditional formatting (incorrect column reference). This makes them easier to complete and supports more efficient data processing.

This non-material amendment comes into effect on 2 June 2026.
