Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and Commencement

This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2026/006 and will come into force 26 June 2026.

2. Amendments

The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14* is hereby amended by:

• Deleting Line 13 in Schedule 2, Part D(a).

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the bylaw but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw will come into force on 26 June 2026 and will amend the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14*.
