In accordance with section 18 of the Digital Identity Services Trust Framework Act 2023, notice is hereby given that the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government signed the:

Digital Identity Services Trust Framework Amendment Rules 2026-1

which will come into force on 29 June 2026.

These Rules are secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The administering agency responsible for administering the Rules is the Department of Internal Affairs.
