The Commerce Commission gives notice that under the Legislation Act 2019 and section 52P of the Commerce Act 1986, the Commission has determined and published the Airport Services Information Disclosure (Non-material) Amendment Determination 2026 [2026] NZCC 16 (“amendment determination”).

The amendment determination amends the Commerce Act (Specified Airport Services Information Disclosure) Determination 2010 715, as previously amended.

Replacement of Schedules

The amendment determination replaces the following schedules in the principal determination with new versions:

• Schedules 1–17, 25 (annual disclosures); and
• Schedule 18–20 (pricing disclosures).

The revised schedules are more data-focused and consistent in structure. This makes them easier to complete and supports more efficient data processing.

These non-material amendments come into effect on 26 May 2026.
