Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 February 2026, which was granted under those regulations to Ngaio Childcare Centre Inc, in respect of Ngaio Childcare Centre Inc (60213) situated at 1 Ottawa Road, Ngaio, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
