Pursuant to section 405 of the Food Act 2015, notice is given of the issue on 1 May 2026 of the following Food Notice under section 387 of the the Food Act 2014 which comes into force on 1 February 2027.

• Food Notice: Requirements for Registered Food Importers and Imported Food for Sale.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, PO Box 2526, Wellington 6011.
