In accordance with section 52 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed each of the following Civil Aviation Rules on 23 April 2026, which come into force on 12 June 2026:

• Part 91 – General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 1 (CAA Docket 25/CAR/04)
• Part 115 – Adventure Aviation Certification and Operations, Amendment 2 (CAA Docket 25/CAR/05)

In accordance with section 431 of the Civil Aviation Act 2023 and Civil Aviation Rule 91.17, notice is hereby given that the Director of Civil Aviation signed the following Civil Aviation Transport Instruments on 30 April 2026, which come into force on 12 June 2026:

• CATI: 91.509 – Civil Aviation (Pressure Altimeters) Transport Instrument, Initial Issue (CAA Docket 25/CAR/04)
• CATI: 91.523 – Civil Aviation (Emergency Equipment) Transport Instrument, Initial Issue (CAA Docket 25/CAR/04)
• CATI: 91.525 – Civil Aviation (Flights Over Water) Transport Instrument, Initial Issue (CAA Docket 25/CAR/04)

These rules and transport Instruments are secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The administering agency responsible for administering these rules and transport instruments is the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand.
