Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Director of Regulation, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 July 2018, which was granted under those regulations to Blossoms Home Based Childcare, in respect of Blossoms Home Based Childcare (47265) situated at 28a McArtney Street, Blenheim.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
