Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 March 2024, which was granted under those regulations to Selwyn Kids Limited, in respect of Selwyn Kids HB 2 (48183) situated at 60–62 Rolleston Drive, Rolleston.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
