This notice is made under regulation 5(1) of the Dairy Industry (Levy Process) Regulations 2021 by the Minister of Agriculture.

Amount of the Levy for 2024/25

I have determined that the Dairy Industry Levy for the 2024/25 financial year is $1,300,191 (excluding goods and services tax). This amount is the Commerce Commission’s actual costs for the leviable activities specified in section 134(3) and (4) of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001 for the 2024/25 financial year.

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited must pay all amounts owing within 60 days of this notice being published.
