Pursuant to section 51B of the Overseas Investment Act 2005 (“Act”), notice is given that on 10 March 2026 the “Residential Land Statement: Authorising Notice” (“notice”) authorised the manner in which a statement, made under section 51A, must be made.

The notice is administered by Land Information New Zealand and is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019.

The previous notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 November 2018, Notice No. 2018-go5535 is hereby revoked.
