Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 8 September 2025, which was granted under those regulations to Tokoroa Childcare Centre, in respect of Tokoroa Childcare Centre (34068) situated at 50 Maraetai Road, Tokoroa.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
