Under section 129(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, Gerard Anthony Brownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Judith Anne Collins has resigned her seat in the House of Representatives with effect at 11.59pm on 14 May 2026, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
