Under section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993, I, Gerard Anthony Brownlee, Speaker of the House of Representatives, give notice that Peeni Ereatara Gladwyn Henare has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives with effect from 11.59pm on 15 March 2026, and that the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
