I intend to rectify the New Zealand Overseas Register in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by removing incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

PATHTECH HOLDINGS PTY LTD (9405771) – to remove the overseas company as the applicant advised it was incorrectly registered on the Overseas Register. Unless an objection is received, PATHTECH HOLDINGS PTY LTD will be removed as an overseas company after the objection period has expired.
