I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following company on the application of the following person, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

HIRA HOMESTEAD LIMITED (9368021) – to remove a particulars of director and a particulars of shareholding dated 6 February 2026. The effect being Nicole Taber remains a director and a shareholder of 50 shares.
