Notice is given of a proposed amalgamation of PLUMPTON PARK ESTATE LIMITED with T P DONOVAN LIMITED, with BASIL DIACK HOLDINGS LIMITED and with BDH LIMITED.
PLUMPTON PARK ESTATE LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of any company, or any person to whom any company is under an obligation at the registered office of the companies at 308 Queen Street East, Hastings during normal business hours.
Any shareholders or creditor of any company or any person to whom any company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied, free of charge, with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either company.
