The undersigned hereby revokes, in full, the Notice Prohibiting Person From Managing Companies published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 January 2026, Notice No. 2026‑ot41, as it was published in error and incorrectly identified the prohibited person as Michael Touma.

This revocation is issued to ensure the permanent public record accurately reflects the Deputy Registrar’s decisions under section 385 of the Companies Act 1993.
