AGOVOR LIMITED (8481528) – to amend a particulars of shareholding dated 26 February 2026 at 4.03pm. The effect being Simon John Carroll holds 530,848 shares, and Dervla Catherine Beaumont and Richard Ian Beaumont jointly hold 514,026 shares.
