Notice to Creditors Fixing Date by Which Claims Must be Made

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994

Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald were appointed as joint liquidators of the company by special resolution of the shareholders on 10 February 2026 at 9.30am.

We initially fixed 3 April 2026 as the day on or before which creditors of the company were to make claims. The administration of the liquidation has taken longer than expected. However, we will shortly be in a position to make a first and final distribution to creditors and complete the liquidation.

We now fix 20 July 2026 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
