Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held on Friday, 26 June 2026 at 1.00pm at Waterstone, 16 Piermark Drive, Albany, Auckland.

Proxies and postal votes must be received by the administrators no later than two working days prior to the voting being Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at 5.00pm. Please ensure all proxies and postal votes are emailed to michael@waterstone.co.nz.

The purpose of the adjourned meeting is to:

1. Consider the administrators’ report
2. To resolve pursuant to a vote of creditors as to:
1. Whether the company should be placed into liquidation; or
2. Whether to bring the administration to an end (such that control of the company reverts to its directors
3. Whether to bring the administration to an end (such that control of the company reverts to its directors); or
4. Whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
