Notice to Creditors Fixing Date by Which Claims Must be Made

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 17 September 2021.

We initially fixed 15 October 2021 as the date by which creditors were to make claims. The administration of the liquidation has taken longer than expected. However, we will shortly be in a position to make a first and final distribution to creditors and complete the liquidation.

We now fix 19 June 2026 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
