Notice of Watershed Meeting

Pursuant to Sections 239AT and 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given pursuant to sections 239AT and 239AU of the Companies Act 1993 that a meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held at 10.30am on 26 May 2026 at the premises of Buddle Findlay, Level 18, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010.

Creditors should arrive 30 minutes before the commencement of the meeting to register. If you are attending the meeting please email us at insolvency@mcgrathnicol.co.nz. Those creditors who wish to observe the meeting remotely, should contact gmullin@mcgrathnicol.co.nz to receive a Teams invite.

Pursuant to section 239AL of the Companies Act 1993 it is intended to hold a joint meeting of the companies. Should any creditor object to a joint meeting, they should send a written objection to the administrators at the address below by 10.30am on 22 May 2026. Unless a creditor objects in accordance with this notice, the creditors will be taken to have agreed to the joint watershed meeting.

Agenda for Watershed Meeting

1. To consider the administrators’ report concerning the companies’ business, property, affairs and financial circumstances.
2. To consider and vote on the administrators’ recommended course of action as to the future of the companies.
3. Any other business.
