Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that the joint watershed meeting for the creditors of TCD HOLDINGS LIMITED and PANI KA KUA AGRICULTURAL LIMITED (administrators appointed) will be held on Thursday, 30 April 2026 at 11.00am. The meeting will be held at the offices of BDO Tauranga, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga and via Teams.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. To consider the report of the administrator (a copy is available on request).
2. To determine:
1. whether to execute a deed of company arrangement;
2. whether to bring the administration to an end; or
3. whether the company should be placed into liquidation.
