ST HELIERS 88 LIMITED (in liquidation)
A meeting of creditors of ST HELIERS 88 LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held by conducting a postal ballot at 2.00pm on 24 April 2026 at the office of Nair Draht Limited, 97 Great South Road, Epsom, Auckland 1051.
The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the liquidators appointed in terms of section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 or to appoint another liquidator in their place and whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
Voting will take place by postal ballot and creditors’ claims and postal ballots must be lodged with Mr. Heiko Draht at Nair Draht Limited, 97 Great South Road, Epsom, Auckland 1051 by 2.00pm on 22 April 2026.
