Public Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of the creditors of BARTELLS TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED (in receivership and administrators appointed) (“company”) and SPRING WATER COUNTRY ESTATES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (in receivership and administrators appointed) (“partnership”) will be held at Ecovis KGA Limited L2, 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland on Friday 27 March 2026 at 10.00am.

Business

1. Report back on the proceeding of the administration to date.
2. Tabling of the Deed of Company Arrangement (“DOCA”) Terms Sheet*.
3. To receive the views of creditors.
4. To pass a resolution.

Resolutions for Consideration

1. That a DOCA should be executed*; or
2. That the administration of the company and the partnership should end; or
3. The company and the partnership should be placed into liquidation.

*No DOCA has been presented and this is not a realistic option for a resolution.
