Notice is hereby given that meetings of creditors of the above-named companies will be held by way of a postal ballot at 11.00am on 18 March 2026. Postal vote and proxy forms, along with completed creditor claim forms and supporting documentation, must be received by the liquidators no later than 5.00pm on 16 March 2026.
The purpose of the postal ballot is to confirm the appointment of the liquidators or to appoint another liquidator in their place and whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
