Notice is given under section 161(1)(a) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of an application under section 155 for record of title based on adverse possession on the grounds set out below.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted on or before 18 August 2026. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued and existing estates and interests extinguished.

Application: Application 13514721.1 by Robert Anthony Reilly, c/o Cameron & Company, 20 Athelstan Street, Spreydon, Christchurch 8140 for land at 247 Whitecliffs Road, Whitecliffs, Glentunnel 7673 being 0.0493 hectares more or less and being Lot 1 LT 618438 in Record of Title CB6/173 in the Canterbury Land District owned by William John White the Younger.

Grounds: The applicant claims to have been in continuous adverse possession of the land for 23 years.
